SoundAdvice Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SoundAdvice, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. We may update the Terms from time to time, and we'll notify you of significant changes. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Creation

Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify SoundAdvice or its content without our written permission.

SOUNDADVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SOUNDADVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

YOU USE SOUNDADVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SOUNDADVICE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to SoundAdvice at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use SoundAdvice will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Delaware.
